Concept Art Agnes Oblige

I FINISHED IT AND I WORE IT AND IT LOOKED FREAKING GOOD. 
All of the cosplay is made by myself, with the exception of the wig, flower crown, arm warmers and the ballet slippers used for the boots. 
Dress:
No patterns used, took me about 60-70 hours to make. Three layers of the dress, each different types of fabric, the sleeves were a pain in the butt. Black fabric and lace were used for the black pieces on the bottom and top.
Staff:
Flag pole, cellophane, string of LED lights, floral wire and a floral decoration that lit up. Took about 10-15 hours to make. 
Boots:
Sail material, tights, bathing suit material and ballet slippers. The boots are essentially really cool socks sewn into this pair of tights. Took about 5-8 hours to make


I competed in it and I got a good reaction from the crowd, but my wig cap fell while I was onstage. >_< Not fun at all.
